Most of the year, I am so busy with weddings and engagements that I turn down most family photo session requests, but once a year, I open up my schedule to get in some quality family photo time! Usually in the form of mini sessions, where families come and go each 20 minutes at a favorite photo spot (this year was Heritage Square, George ‘Doc” Cavalierre Park, and The Gilbert Riparian Preserve), to quickly grab some photos for their holiday cards, gifts, or just all around yearly photos to show how families change. It’s a great time for me, as I get to see clients I haven’t seen since their wedding, or since the previous year’s mini session!
