Gary and Jenn’s wedding started my crazy insane wedding weekend, where it actually rained at 3 outdoor weddings I photographed. Gary and Jenn got married earlier this year in Hawaii, but came back home to Phoenix to throw a party! Their party was originally planned to take place on the rooftop of the Hotel Valley Ho, but when a storm came rolling through, the decision was made to have it indoors at the Sands. A wise decision, because it rained off and on all evening. Plus, no one seemed to mind – the Sands was a great spot for mingling with friends from near and far. We did manage to get in a few photos outside before the rain came, which officially makes it a successful day! I loved photographing this laid back, easy going crowd:
